Out of 46.000 applications submitted to the Turkish Ministry, 38.000 were granted work permits.

A report released by the Turkish Ministry of Labour and Social Protection showed that there had been a lot of people especially from Central Asia who applied for work. “There are 2355 people from Kyrgyzstan, 2220 from Turkmenistan and 644 from Uzbekistan.” According to our reporter, there are almost no applicants from Kazakhstan.

A huge number of Uzbek labour migrants works in Russia, Kazakhstan and South Korea. Now they are “conquering” the streets of Turkey. Various reports confirm that Uzbek labour migrants mostly work in large cities, such as Istanbul, Antalia and Izmir.

Turkey’s famous resort centers called “Antalia’s Riviera” stretches 550 km along the sea coast. With the beginning of the summer vacations, the Turkish coasts of the Mediterranean Sea will become full of tourists.
