Goodbye “Termez”!

The German military base “Termez” was subjected to criticism in Germany in connection with human rights violations as well as the high fees charged by the Uzbek authorities for the maintenance. In April 2015, the German magazine Der Spiegel reported that Uzbekistan had doubled the rent for the year 2016, demanding from Germany to pay 70 million Euros per year.
